Next Community Orchard Build: Saturday, August 6th - 10:30AM

We're at the homestretch: With nearly all of the native berry shrubs planted, trellises raised, most of the grass and weeds under mulch, and benches well under their way, the Orchard is close to being ready for the Fall season.  This Saturday, we'll continue work at the site with several tasks at hand:

1) Completing benches along trellises
2) Planting remaining shrubs in our perimetre garden bed
3) Installing bike-wheel trellises along the gravel path
4) Creating a new chalkboard sign for the Orchard
