Dear Neighbors:
The campaign to save Graham Bruce Elementary, Sir Guy Carleton Elementary and Collingwood Neighbourhood School is going well. Thank you for your support in signing the petition to save the school. To date, 1600 people have signed across our community. And we are just getting started.
I want to invite you to join me at a Community, Parent and Student Rally on Monday September 6th (Labour Day) at 11 a.m. The rally will start at the corner of Joyce and Kingsway under the Collingwood clock in front of Carleton Elementary School. With school starting the next day, it will be an excellent chance to let the BC government and the VSB know how strongly we support our schools.
Hope to see you at Joyce and Kingsway at 11 a.m. on Monday September 6th (Labour Day). Bring a sign if you can and please ask your friends and neighbors to come.
